SAMAView, a service of MySAMA, provides public access to search, view and compare individual property assessments in all SAMA’s client jurisdictions. Access is free of charge for personal and non-commercial users.
Detailed Property Information
Detailed property assessment information can be searched online using the SAMAView web application free of charge for personal or non-commercial use.
Property Sales Information
Using Property Transfer records obtained through Sask. Information Services Corp, SAMA analyses sales information to confirm market trends for property assessment purposes. SAMA provides copies of the Property Transfer records to our client municipalities, and they are also available to the public to purchase.
