SAMA is sending out commercial property information forms for the City of Moose Jaw in June 2026

The Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency (SAMA) is responsible for determining the property assessments in Moose Jaw. SAMA’s mission is to develop, regulate and deliver a current, effective and efficient property assessment system. As part of this process, SAMA periodically requests commercial property information from property owners and landlords to ensure our assessment data is accurate and up to date.

Providing your information to SAMA benefits you as a property owner as SAMA uses this data to develop accurate assessment models that reflect local markets. By providing your property information, you help ensure future assessments better reflect the market, as SAMA uses data from you and other commercial property owners in your municipality to develop its rent models.
SAMA recognizes the information you are being asked to provide may contain personal, confidential or sensitive business information. SAMA will ensure that property specific building rental income and expense information is kept confidential in accordance with the confidentiality provisions set out in legislation.
