Rescheduled SAMA 2020 Annual Meeting and Administrator Training Session (Virtual)
SAMA's 2020 Annual General Meeting and Administrator Training Session has been rescheduled as follows:
- Administrator Training Session Webinar
1:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 21, 2020
- Annual General Meeting Virtual Conference
1:30 p.m. Thursday, October 22, 2020
There is no fee to attend, however, pre-registration is required. The deadline for registration is October 13, 2020.
Resolutions may be submitted by mail to the attention of Irwin Blank at SAMA Central Office, 200‐2201‐11th Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4P 0J8, or by email at email@example.com.
The deadline for receipt of regular resolutions is 12:00 noon on Tuesday, September 22, 2020. The deadline for receipt of emergent resolutions is 12:00 noon on October 21, 2020.
Resolution voting will be conducted using an online polling platform. One resolution was received prior to the rescheduling of the April meeting and will be included for consideration at the October meeting (see Resolutions Report).
