Recruiting Key Talent in the Assessment Appraisal Field
SAMA strives to recruit people with the right skills, attitude and motivation that are committed to their work. Building a high performance work environment that helps retain key talent and fully engages the right people is imperative to the success of our agency. In our quest to recruit top talent in the assessment appraisal field, SAMA has partnered with Lakeland Community College in Alberta to provide a sponsorship program for students pursuing an Appraisal & Assessment Major, including:
- a $5000 sponsorship program for a limited number of second-year students who sign an employment commitment to SAMA; and
- a $500 annual bursary awarded to a first-year student with the highest grade point average. Preference given to a Saskatchewan resident. No application is required.
